Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
DHL is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Chilean warehouse.
As a slow atelier, we take the time necessary for each piece to adjust to the new body. Depending on the complexity of the adjustments, it takes between 10 and 30 working days to dispatch each order.
Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

As we work with unique pieces, we accept changes only to make adjustments to the same garment.
All our garments have a lifetime guarantee and we assume the cost of shipping for the first change.
We do not exchange pieces for others and do not give refunds.


Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.
