What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How to shop at AIAYU.com:
1. Browse our selection, and choose the items you love. Mark the right color and size, and click ‘Add to basket’ to add it to your online shopping cart.
2. Find the basket icon in the top right corner, and click ‘Checkout’. From here, you will be led through our checkout system to succesfully complete your purchase.
3. Fill in your personal details, and pick your preferred shipping method.
4. Agree to our general shopping conditions by checking off the box that says ‘Terms & Conditions’
5. Click ‘Proceed to Purchase’ to activate the payment window.
6. Fill in your payment information. Check that all you information is correct, and complete your purchase.
After your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive an order confirmation, as well as a separate e-mail with your invoice and tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Once you have placed your order and received the e-mail with your invoice and shipping information it is unfortunately not possible for us to make changes to your order. It has automically been sent to our warehouse.
Prices on website
Prices shown on the website are either DKK or EUR, and are inclusive 25% VAT, unless you have selected an alternative country outside the European Union, where VAT is not chargeable. If you have selected a NON-EU country, the price will be shown without VAT.
Customers purchasing from a country outside EU are served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid), and will be charged by AIAYU for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier company.
Customers purchasing within EU are served as DDP (door delivery duty paid), and relevant import duty and tax costs are included in the final purchase price.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when you shop at aiayu.com.
The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you initially received your product. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt, if you wish to withdraw your purchase. Please note that you cannot regret your purchase just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.

If you buy more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are bought and sent as one order.
Please note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded, if you withdraw a part of an order.
You must send your order back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You must pay the direct and total cost of returning the product(s). Upon returning, you are responsible for the product(s) being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit. The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the listed return address.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words: you can test the product in the same way you would test it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested additionally, we will have to consider it used, which means that you, when withdrawing from the contract, can only get either a part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.
To receive the full price you must therefore behave, as you would in a physical store. You can test the product, but you cannot start using the product, as the latter will affect the outcome of a potential reimbursement.
If you withdraw from the contract, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a diminished value, for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the price.
If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not, however, additional costs incurred as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery, which we offer), without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
We can withhold reimbursement, until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with documentation of having returned the products.

We are at your service from Monday – Friday between the hours of 9 am -15 pm, and we are happy to help with any questions you may have. We strive to get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Insurance and delivery
AIAYU ApS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit, until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point all responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you.
Upon returning a product, the full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the listed return address.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information, and ensures full security while the information is transmitted via the internet. Unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other informations provided during the transaction.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Danish Kroner or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

To ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed, we recommend that you click the link at the top right corner of our website, and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.
We offer free shipping on all DK orders over DKK 1500.
For all other orders, the following shipping rates will be applied, depending on your shipping destination:

Standard delivery time 1-2 days.
Shipping rates & delivery to countries within EU:

Shipping rates & delivery time WORLDWIDE and non EU countries:
UPS – €25
Standard delivery time 3-6 days. Packages are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed in customs.
We ship to Faroe Islands and Iceland – the prices are €25 / 200 DKK and delivered by PostNord.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to countries outside the EC fiscal (VAT) area will not have VAT (DK Tax) charged to them. Also note that, depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which AIAYU ApS cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you
