Our delivery rates are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery for customers purchasing within Chile.
DHL is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. For Pieces in stock, it normally takes us between 2-5 days to prepare and dispatch your order.
For customized orders, as a slow atelier, we take the time necessary for each unique piece to be adjusted to the specification of each customer. Depending on the complexity of the adjustments, it takes between 10 and 30 working days to dispatch each order.
For Pre-Order pieces, you will see the specific time frame of delivery when placing your order, but in general, it takes us 10-15 days to dispatch Pre-ordered items.
Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item belonging to our RTW collections (other than Unique Pieces, Wearable Art, and Upcycling) you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt. The Pieces should be returned new, unused, and with all tags attached.
All exchanges and returns must be handled at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash or collect on delivery.

The exchange. can be done for any of our pieces having the same or higher price. The customer will have to pay for the balance between items in cases of exchanging for a more expensive one.
We do not refund money in cases of selecting an item of a lower price.
ADJUSTMENTS' RETURNS
If you are returning an item belonging to the Unique Pieces Collection, we will accept the return only to make adjustments to the same garment. To coordinate, contact us via email at contacto@lupegajardo.com. A member of our team will take care of your request.
When returning an item, you must pay the total cost of returning the product(s). Upon returning, you are fully responsible for the product(s) being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit.
The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the return address given to you by our team. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
The customer/sender alone is responsible for sending back the goods to us.
All our RTW garments have a guarantee of 2 years. Unique pieces have a lifetime guarantee, and we assume the cost of shipping for the first return after adjustments.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
When an order is shipped to a customer living outside Chile, an additional import tax and duties may/will be added by local authorities. The recipient is liable to pay these upon delivery. In addition to this, the transport company may charge a handling fee. We are letting you know so you can make an informed decision before placing an order with us. Please note that we are unable to calculate or estimate the total amount.
Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in your country. Please check with your local authorities to identify applicable rates as these charges responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. All transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
