Measure around the chest at the fullest point of your bust, and across your shoulder blades on the back

WAIST

Measure around the thinest part of your natural waistline

SEAT / HIP 

Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing

Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch to the ankle
